All admitted non-U.S. citizens (including U.S. Permanent Residents) must complete an International Student Immigration Questionnaire (IQ). Please see the "What Happens Next?" diagram for a complete look at the required procedures for non-U.S. citizens.

If you wish to request an I-20 or DS-2019 Form from Georgetown University to:
- transfer your F-1 or J-1 status from a U.S. institution to Georgetown University
- apply for an F-1 or J-1 visa at a U.S. embassy or consulate abroad
- change status to F-1 or J-1 within the United States
You must complete an Immigration Questionnaire and submit the supporting documentation required to issue an immigration document.
