New Students
We are currently processing spring 2027 admit Form I-20/DS-2019 requests. We will be closing the document portal temporarily on October 1. You must submit a complete request by September 30, or wait for the portal to reopen in the second week of October.
If you cannot submit your completed documents by September 30, you will be able to submit them once the application system re-opens in the second week of October.
Admissions
OGS only processes immigration documents for international students who are fully admitted to Georgetown University. The immigration document request process starts in early February for students entering their program in the Summer, in early March for students entering their program in the Fall, and in early October for students entering their program in the Spring. New, exchange, and transfer students should carefully follow instructions in their admission letter to request an immigration document.
